Dinwiddie County Public Schools (DCPS) in partnership with United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg is offering a Kindergarten Countdown Camp (KCC) this summer for rising kindergarten students with limited to no preschool experience.  This is a FREE three-week summer learning program taught by licensed teachers preparing studens and their parents for a successful start in kindergarten.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? 

22-23 kindergarten students with limited or no preschool experience
(must have completed the 22-23 Online Registration Form)

WHEN? 

July 11 – July 28, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – Noon

Southside Elementary  School

All eligible registrants will have access to:

• A backpack full of school supplies and books for your student
• Kindergarten readiness skills for your child in a school setting
• Breakfast, lunch, and transportation provided
• A workshop for parents covering kindergarten readiness topics
