The first Dinwiddie County Public Schools Fine Arts Festival will be held on Thursday, March 23rd, at Dinwiddie High School from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. The festival will feature artwork from K-12 art students as well as performances by choirs, bands, and theater groups from across the county. Cash-only concessions will be available.
