Graduation Day Reminders
The big day is approaching quickly. Here are a few reminders for those ticket holders that will be attending our DHS Class of 2024 graduation.
Graduation Day: Friday, May 31
Graduation Start Time & Location:
10:00 a.m. (Doors open at 8:30 a.m.)
VSU Multipurpose Center
Tickets:
All guests must have a ticket (3 and up)
Clear Bag Policy:
Virginia State University has implemented a clear bag policy for all events at the VSU Multipurpose Center. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and cannot exceed 12 x 6 x 12, which is about the size of a gallon-sized Ziplock bag. Small clutch bags/wallets are permissible so long as they are no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Anyone with bags/purses larger in size will be required to return them to the owner’s vehicle or dispose of them outside the venue.

This vendor also has a shirt with the names of all of the graduating students on the back. These items will be available for pick-up inside the VSU Multipurpose Center on the day of graduation.
